Information we collect

When you fill in a form on this website we collect your name, phone number, email, company and message. When your organisation uses LeadsZone, we store the account details of your users and the lead data your organisation adds or connects.

How we use it

• To respond to enquiries and arrange demos.
• To provide, secure and support the LeadsZone service.
• To send service and billing communication to account holders.

Customer data

Lead data inside LeadsZone belongs to the customer organisation. We process it only to provide the service, keep each company's data separate, and do not sell it.

Third-party services

LeadsZone connects to services such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), telephony providers and email providers when a customer enables them. Their own policies apply to data shared with them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or unsubscribe from marketing email, by writing to the email address on the Contact page.

Terms of Use

Use of the service

You agree to use LeadsZone lawfully, including telecom, DLT, WhatsApp and data-protection rules that apply to your outreach, and to contact only leads who have given consent.

Accounts

You are responsible for your users' login credentials and for activity under your account.

Fees

Subscription, calling, WhatsApp and AI credits are charged as per your plan or invoice. Prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

Liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. FlowIQ Tech's total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months before a claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Pune, Maharashtra having jurisdiction.
